NextGen
Circle
A quarterly gathering for the next generation of family business and family office leaders
New York City
An evening built for honest conversation
The GloboConsult NextGen Circle brings together a small group of rising leaders each quarter in New York. Each gathering opens with an intimate workshop led by a guest host, followed by a private dinner where the conversation continues.
The themes are the ones the next generation actually carries: purpose, responsibility, legacy, and how to build something of your own alongside what your family has built.
Every gathering is held under the Chatham House Rule, so participants can speak openly about their own journeys.
How an evening works
Introductions before you arrive
A short bio of each guest is shared with confirmed participants in advance, so the conversation starts before the evening does.
A guided workshop
A guest host leads a seminar-style discussion on one theme, drawing on participants' own stories rather than a stage presentation.
A private dinner
The workshop flows into a seated dinner, where introductions turn into relationships.
Chatham House Rule
What is shared in the room stays in the room. Participants speak to their own experience, never to what others said.
From Success to Significance
Our most recent gathering took place on October 5, 2026 at The Malin in New York.
Michael O'Neil, Aspen Institute Health Innovators Fellow and founder of Get Well, led a workshop titled "From Success to Significance." Drawing on the Aspen Institute seminar method, the conversation explored purpose, power, and legacy, and continued over a private dinner.
"To me, the NextGen Circle feels like a community of close friends where we can safely share our journeys and continuously enlighten one another." David, NextGen Circle participant
What participants took away
"Just like running a marathon, reaching big, audacious goals becomes possible when we break them down into smaller, mile-by-mile milestones and celebrate each win along the way. Seeing the audience nod in recognition reminded me how powerful it is to share our stories."
David, NextGen Circle participant
"It was really interesting to hear about people's stories and how they get to where they currently are."
